Providence Agricol Cooperative builds its first malthouse in Port Colbert Reims, France.
- 1975 -

Providence Agricole’s ranks grew with more cooperatives in northeast France. The malthouse expands and a 2nd plant is built in Pringy, Marne.
- 1977 -

Union Providence Malt is founded through the merger of 15 cooperatives.
- 1984 -

Malteurop Malting Co. is born, through the merger of Union Providence Malt and Union Champagne Malt.
- 2005 -

Malteurop Malting Co. opens a state-of-the-art malting plant in Great Falls, Montana, strategically located in one of the most fertile barley growing regions in North America.
- 2008 -

Malteurop Malting Co. purchases malthouses in Winona, Minnesota; Winnipeg, Canada; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
