Adjuncts

Flaked Rye

Description:

Used as a grain mash adjunct. Because the flakes are pre-cooked and gelatinized, they can be added directly to the mash without milling. Brewers typically use it at 5% - 10% of the total grist though it can scale up to 40% for intense rye beers

“The quality of the malt not only meets our standards, but exceeds them… Malteurop also includes shipping in the price, so I’m not getting hit with a surprise fee when the invoice arrives.”
